Restaurant and half-board at Chalet Matsuzaka
At Chalet Matsuzaka we understand the importance of good food on your summer or winter holidays.
Healthy and gourmet cooking
Using only the freshest and best quality ingredients, we’ve brought together menus with a truly international theme, to tempt you with delights from Japan and Asia, but also offer you exciting local recipes to give you the best mix and choice.
Knowing eating restaurant food everyday can overload even the most stoic of appetites, our menus are created to try to balance nutritional needs with interesting and different tastes. In addition, we would be pleased to discuss with you any dietary needs and special requests you have.
To accompany these menus, we propose a drinks menu which includes our own hand picked wine list from the best regions of France and our neighbours in Italy.
- Winter: reservation is necessary before 9a.m. the same day, closed two evenings per week
- Summer: reservation necessary at time of booking, closed two evenings per week (unfortunately half-board cannot be added at the last minute).
